Start with hot-dip galvanized carbon steel with a serrated surface; galvanizing is applied after fabrication to ASTM A123 / ISO 1461.
This pairing gives outdoor carbon steel a protective finish and improves footing where walking surfaces can be wet.
Start with heavy-duty bearing bars, but confirm the clear span, wheel load and support conditions before the bar size is selected.
Vehicle and forklift loads are concentrated, so a pedestrian or uniform-load assumption cannot establish the final specification.

DONGFU's 20,000 m² steel grating factory was established in 2012. Anping Dongfu Wire Mesh Co., Ltd. was established in 2016, and the factory operates as its own production base for drawing-based orders.
