DONGFU's own steel grating factory was established in 2012. Anping Dongfu Wire Mesh Co., Ltd. was established in 2016, building on its founder's industry experience since 2009 and supporting industrial buyers in multiple overseas markets.
Our Story
Anping County has worked wire mesh for generations. DONGFU GRATING was established here in 2016, while its founder had already entered the wire mesh and fabricated-metal industry in 2009.
DONGFU's steel grating factory was established in 2012. It is part of the same business and operates as DONGFU's own production factory, supporting press-welded standard panels and manual fabrication for irregular, press-locked and heavy-duty project work.
DONGFU supports projects from first inquiry to loaded container by coordinating specification confirmation, panel detailing, agreed inspection documentation and export packing in installation sequence.

Rina Song
Meet the Founder
Rina Song entered the wire mesh and fabricated-metal industry in 2009. Her experience spans purchasing, quotation, sales, overseas business development and customer project support.
Earlier in her career, she worked directly with international buyers, joined industry exhibitions and visited customers to understand how specifications, styles and project priorities differ from market to market.
At DONGFU GRATING, that market-side perspective helps connect each buyer's application, drawings and delivery requirements with the factory team responsible for production.

DONGFU operates an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certified for the manufacture and sales of wire mesh and metal fence products. Products can be manufactured and tested per NAAMM MBG 531/532, ASTM A123, ISO 1461 or project specifications.
Hot-dip galvanizing requirements are agreed against the applicable ASTM A123/A123M, ISO 1461 or customer specification. The submitted steel grating sample also has a voluntary restricted-substance test document using the listed BS EN 62321 methods; it is not presented as structural-performance or whole-product UK construction certification.

Established in 2012, the 20,000 m² factory combines press welding and manual fabrication with cutting, finishing, galvanizing coordination, stock and dispatch.
Standard panels move from prepared bearing bars and cross bars through the press-welding line.
Dedicated welding stations support fabricated panels and non-standard work that requires manual control.
Panels are cut and edge-finished before surface treatment or packing.
Fabricated parts move through the galvanizing workshop for surface treatment.
Completed galvanized panels are staged in the yard for packing and outbound loading.
