Support from Drawing to Delivery

From Specification Review to Export Delivery

Drawing-based specification support, custom fabrication, quality documentation and export packing are organized as one project workflow.

Project Support Services

Turn layouts, sketches and load requirements into a confirmed grating specification and piece-marked panel schedule.

Drawing-based fabrication: irregular shapes, cut-outs, banding, toe plates and project panel numbering.

ISO 9001:2015 certified QMS with order-specific material, dimensional, weld and coating checks available by agreement.

Export packing engineered for grating: strapped bundles, steel frames, panel tagging and container planning.

A project-specific review of span, load type, supports and design criteria to narrow the bearing-bar selection.

Standard samples for finish and construction review, plus project-confirmed custom samples where a special detail must be checked.

We reply within 1 hour during business hours (Mon–Sat 8:30–18:00, GMT+8) and within 8 hours at other times.
