Notched and cut-out panels
Openings for columns, pipes or equipment are dimensioned, cut and banded to the approved drawing.
Engineered Around Your Load & Span
Custom irregular grating turns a layout drawing into numbered panels around columns, pipes, vessels, curved edges and non-square boundaries. The page is the route for work that does not fit a standard panel: send the geometry, span direction and operating requirements so feasibility can be confirmed before pricing.

Custom fabrication starts with the support layout and bearing-bar direction, then divides the area into panels that can be fabricated, coated, packed, handled and installed. Every notch, opening, curved edge and boundary needs a clear dimension and reference point; site-trim assumptions are avoided wherever accurate drawings are available.
The review also sets practical limits. Narrow strips need enough structure for banding, openings need clearance for fabrication and the selected coating process, and large or awkward shapes may be split into smaller numbered panels. These limits are confirmed on the drawing rather than hidden inside a standard-panel table.

Project-fitted ring assembly
When grating must follow the perimeter of a tank, vessel, column or another circular structure, standard rectangular panels do not match the required footprint. We divide the annular area into practical fan-shaped panels designed for that specific position in the project.
Before delivery, the complete set is laid out in the workshop to check the inner and outer curves, joint alignment and overall fit. Panel references can then follow the approved layout so each segment reaches its intended installation position.
Inner and outer diameters, support locations and bearing-bar direction determine how the circular area is divided.
Each panel is cut and banded to the approved radii and radial joint lines rather than trimmed to shape on site.
The full set is laid out to check curve continuity and joint sequence, then panel references follow the installation drawing.

Variants
Openings for columns, pipes or equipment are dimensioned, cut and banded to the approved drawing.
Arcs and changing widths are divided into practical panel shapes and numbered for site placement.
Non-parallel edges and changes in walkway width are detailed with the bearing direction kept explicit.
